who are the fellows?

The Fellows Program is a postgraduate Christian leadership training program for recent college graduates who seek to be active builders of Christ’s kingdom in their future vocations.  It is a nine-month program that provides a forum in which young people become firmly rooted in their relationship with Christ and are trained to integrate their spiritual lives with their professional careers.  Participants are given training in the Bible and practical discipleship, and are given the opportunity to apply what they learn in a job setting in the Houston, TX metropolitan area.

One of the features of the Fellows Program at St. John the Divine is for the Fellows to raise funds and plan a mission trip.  This year we traveled to Oloile Secondary School in Kimana, Kenya to present the Sex, God & Me abstinence program to the students at the school.  Please visit the HOME tab to see pictures of our trip.

There are only a few spots available for the 2010-2011 program

Contact Meg Rice [ricemegg@aol.com] for more information on how to apply!

    praying for each of you!
2 Corinthians 12:9 -10–But he said to me, “My grace is enough for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” So then, I will boast most gladly about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may reside in me. Therefore I am content with weaknesses, with insults, with troubles, with persecutions and difficulties for the sake of Christ, for whenever I am weak, then I am strong.
